Gymming is more a social fad today than any fitness idea. To begin with lets first thank ourselves for thinking gym, at least we have started thinking about fitness. Once you have started thinking fitness, your the intuitive second step should not bet gym but what you want in fitness, just to stay fit or build those bulging biceps and triceps…

I am pretty sure, most of us will choose the former and in the process if we build sexy biceps and triceps that would be good. The idea of gym is appealing because we are all social being and any opportunity to be among loving people is nice…that’s where gyms begin selling. If you have a green outdoor, set of good running shoes and a pair of earplugs, set the ball rolling, go for a jog outside. Believe me it looks and feel more sexier than running on a trend mill in a conditioned environment.

In case you do not have green outdoors around, alternate your regime between gymming and running on asphalt (Road). Road running is another high and it becomes more enjoying if you can join a group. Nothing beats running long distance in group. Having said that, limit your self to two or three days max in a week and give your muscles some time to recuperate after a road running session…
